Here is the typical production flow from order placement at Zeppet until the production completion and final delivery.

    If we are to receive the order based on your inquiry,

    Upon your approval of the model production specifications and quote prepared by us, we will have your seal affixed on the order form prepared by us, which constitutes the official order placement.

    We ask for 100% payment prior to the commencement of production for the initial order.
    For clients with past order history, we ask for 30% – 50% payment prior to the production.

  5. Production
    We commence production in accordance with the model production specifications agreed at the order placement.
  6. Prototype (Shape) Inspection
    We ask you to check the prototype either by visiting our studio or via email.
  7. Prototype (Shape) Inspection
    We ask you to check the model in the making by visiting our studio or via email attached with images.
  8. Final Inspection
    We ask you to directly check the model at our studio or check the images of the model under production attached to email for the last time.
  9. Completion
  10. Delivery and Onsite Attendance
    We deliver the model in accordance with the specified delivery terms. Onsite attendance by us, product test, and photo-shooting after the delivery are available with additional charge.

  5. Production
    We either present 3D model data or produce 3D data based on the design you provide.
    If the provided design is a standing object, we run a 3D scan to produce 3D data.
  6. Prototype (Shape) Inspection
    We ask you to check the prototype either by visiting our studio or via email.
  7. Final Inspection
    We ask you to directly check the model at our studio or check the images of the model under production attached to email for the last time.
  8. Completion
  9. Delivery
    We deliver the data in a format designated by you (as a downloadable file or with a memory disc).
  10. 3D Output (If necessary)
    We print out the model at the designated size with our 3D printer.
    *Volume output and mass production with molds are available.
    *We can also make casts from the 3D output and replace the material with FRP, latex, metal, etc.
  11. Output Molding, Processing, and Coloring
    In accordance with the use purpose, we can replace materials by using the 3D output as the prototype.
    The cast model can be used upon manual coloring.

  5. Production
    Based on the model production specifications specified at the time of quote, we design movements and other effects, mechanical structure, system, etc.
    upon the official order placement. Upon your approval of the final production plan, we commence the production of the exterior and internal mechanisms of the robot.
  6. Inspection of Exterior Prototype (shape)
    We ask you to directly check the model in the making by visiting our studio.
  7. Inspection of Internal Mechanism (movements)
    We ask you to directly check the model in the making by visiting our studio.
  8. Final Inspection
    We ask you to directly check the model at our studio for the last time.
  9. Completion
  10. Installation and Test Run
    In collaboration with the builder of the facility, we install the complete model at the site in accordance with its permanent or temporary use.
    We also trial-run the system upon installation in combination with other visual, sound,
    effects so as to eliminate the risk of malfunction or troubles after the operation commencement.
  11. Release
    We attend the unveiling of the model to visitors after the delivery to ensure problem-free operation at the initial stage through our close support.
    *Service fees will be determined separately upon consultations.

  7. Inspection of Painted Products Designed for Mass Production
    Client checks the painted prototype for mass production as the final inspection step.
    Upon approval, we commence the mass production in accordance with the final prototype.
  8. Mass Production
    Mass production takes place in a plant in China.
  9. Completion
  10. Delivery
    Upon customs clearance and other procedures, delivery completes in Japan.
